Privacy Notice
Field Guard is designed to collect less and keep technicians in control.
What we collect
For pre-launch reservations, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, plan interest, communication preference, and the technical records needed to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use reservation information to maintain the founding list, deliver the launch brief, answer your requests, protect the service, understand plan interest, and preserve consent and suppression evidence.
Communication choice
The founding brief is part of your reservation. Optional updates are consent-controlled, and declining them does not remove your founding reservation.
What we do not collect here
The pre-launch form does not collect payment cards, marketplace passwords, dispatch credentials, or work-order documents.
Sharing and sponsorship
We do not sell your pre-launch contact details. Sponsor-supported resources must preserve member privacy controls; sharing with service providers is limited to operating and protecting Field Guard.
Protection and retention
We use access controls, bounded collection, and audit records to protect reservation information. We retain it only as long as needed for the founding list, legal and security records, or your requested relationship, then delete or de-identify it under the applicable retention process.
Payments and enrichment
No payment data is collected by this form. If membership opens, payment processing will use a dedicated provider. Public-source contact enrichment, if used, must preserve provenance, confidence, suppression controls, and human review; it never creates consent by inference.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a change to optional communications using the contact information in your founding-access email. See the Canonical privacy notice for the existing Field Guard service.
