Founding Access Terms

These terms govern the Field Guard pre-launch interest list and explain the membership planned for launch.

Interest only

Reserving founding access records your interest. It does not create a paid membership, charge a card, guarantee work, or obligate you to join on launch day.

Your decision stays yours

Field Guard provides informational tools and optional support. You remain responsible for deciding which assignments to accept, what terms to negotiate, where and when to work, and how to perform your work. Field Guard is not a union, employer, staffing company, law firm, or coordinated rate-setting group.

Launch pricing

Digital membership is planned at $2.95 per month and Protection membership at $4.95 per month. If you separately activate after launch, the selected membership automatically renews monthly until you cancel. You may cancel directly; pre-launch interest itself has no charge.

Optional managed negotiation

If separately offered and authorized, managed negotiation carries a success fee equal to 10% of verified compensation gained, capped at $49 per work order. The fee is due only after you receive the increased compensation, and the exact terms are disclosed before authorization.

Accurate information

Please provide information that belongs to you and is accurate. Do not submit passwords, marketplace credentials, payment information, or confidential work-order data through the interest form.

Informational boundary

Field Guard is not a law firm, insurer, employer, or guarantor of payment. Information and AI-assisted reviews are drafts, can be incomplete or wrong, and are not legal advice. You must review every output and decide whether to use it.

Communications and records

The launch brief follows from this reservation. Optional commercial updates require separate consent and can be changed later. Field Guard may preserve versioned acceptance and security records, and may update terms for future use with clear notice.
